The Discovery Call is a short conversation about your business, what is creating the most pressure, and what you want to change. We’ll discuss where the business still depends too heavily on you and determine whether it makes sense to take the next step. There is no pressure and no obligation to continue.
Is business coaching right for a company like mine?
Business coaching is best for owners who have an established business and are ready to make meaningful changes. Most of the owners I coach lead service-based businesses with 5–60 employees and $500,000–$20 million in annual revenue. They usually have a team, but too many decisions, problems, and responsibilities still come back to them.
How does the two-week coaching experience work?
The two-week coaching experience gives us the opportunity to work together on your actual business before you make a longer-term decision.
